Appointed Marketing Director of The Company in 1993 and Managing Director in 2001 a post he held until retirement in 2013
Has served on number of Boards; NCD Commission, National Initiative of Service Excellence; Senior VP Barbados Chamber of Commerce; The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Barbados; Massy Foundation and Barbados Sugar Industry
