What do you mean by a Delegate?
All conference attendees are Delegates.
Am I a Delegate if I plan to volunteer at the conference?
Yes, and you will get a delegate badge and must register.
Is there a fee for attending the conference?
There is no fee for attending the conference.
When will the registration close?
Online registration will be open through the end of the conference to allow as many attendees as possible. There is no onsite registration. We suggest early registration for planning and logistical reasons including food.
Do I have to attend the conference all three days?
Although we would love for you to attend all three days, you can choose to attend one or more days.

Are airport pickups and drop-offs available?
Attendees are requested to make their own arrangements. Most hotels will provide airport transfers. And there are plenty of fixed-price taxis available 24/7.

What about transportation to the venue and back from the hotels mentioned on our site?
Attendees are requested to make their own arrangements.
MEALS
What meals will be provided at the conference?
Delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided on Thursday, October 12, 2023, and Friday, October 13, 2023. Additionally, throughout the day, coffee and juices will be available. On Saturday, October 14, 2023. finger food will be provided. All the above are free of charge.

What time does the program start and end?
The program will start around 9 am Atlantic Standard Time on October 12, 2023. It will end around Noon Atlantic Standard Time on October 14, 2023.

What should I bring to the conference?
This conference will be a total green conference so we will not be distributing program copies or notepads etc. So please bring your own writing utensils.
